| | | Preview - Seller shall comply with the principles of the Business Charter for Sustainable Development (published by the International Chamber of Commerce in 1991) for environmental management. Seller shall encourage the adoption of the principles therein by its subsuppliers and subcontractors. Buyer may, where appropriate, request improvements in Seller's practices to ensure compliance with the said principles. Supplier shall take into consideration environmental issues in all phases of Part/Product development and manufacturing process design.
- Seller shall be committed to ethical conduct and respect for human rights in the spirit of in-ternationally recognized social and ethical standards. Seller further monitors the ethical per-formance of its suppliers and subcontractors and takes immediate and thorough steps in cases where ethical performance of its suppliers or subcontractors comes into question.
